About the job
Key responsibilities:
1. Training development: Design and develop comprehensive training materials, including presentations, manuals, and exercises, tailored to the needs of the audience.
2. Training delivery: Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions, both in-person and virtually, for diverse groups, including end-users, super users, and technical teams.
3. Assessment & evaluation: Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics. Adjust training methods and materials based on evaluation results.
4. Customization: Customize training content based on specific client requirements or organizational needs. Provide hands-on demonstrations and real-world scenarios to enhance learning.
5. Support & troubleshooting: Offer post-training support to address any questions or issues that participants may encounter while using SAP FICO.
6. Documentation: Maintain up-to-date training documentation and materials, including course outlines, user guides, and FAQs.
7. Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, SAP consultants, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment between training content and project objectives.
8. Continuous improvement: Stay current with SAP FICO updates, industry trends, and best practices. Continuously improve training methods and materials to ensure they meet evolving needs.

Other requirements
1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration, information technology, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., SAP Certified Application Associate) are a plus.
2. Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience working with SAP FICO modules, with a proven track record in training and/or teaching.
Skills:
1. Strong knowledge of SAP FICO functionalities and configuration.
2. Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
3. Ability to simplify complex concepts and engagingly deliver them.
4. Experience with adult learning principles and instructional design.
Technical proficiency:
1. Familiarity with SAP training tools and platforms. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
Soft skills:
1. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to adapt to different learning styles and diverse audiences.
Preferred qualifications:
1. Experience in a consulting or corporate training environment.
2. Multilingual abilities are a plus.
3. Previous experience with other SAP modules (e.g., MM, SD) is advantageous.
Annual CTC: ₹ 6,00,000 – 7,00,000 /year
