Waste water part of syllabus is covered from the headworks till the final Disinfection and Disinfectant removal,their design is also considered in detail. Water treatment portion covers the nitty gritty of treatment and the relevant aspects post treatment like residual removal. This course will allow the student to clear basics and concepts for further in depth learning.

Plant design is the designing of the entire facility including the building, utilities, placement of the process machinery, etc. Process design is focused on the design of the process itself including flow rates, sizing of the process equipment and piping, energy input requirements, etc. Responsibilities vary, but an intern may help research chemical reactions in a laboratory.

The course covers the basics of creating and editing 2D sketches and 2D geometry, as well as 3D models with solid, wireframe, and surface themes.
